Hello everyone that reads this. Let me start out by saying that this is the first time I have ever had to use a workers compensation lawyer. Here is just a little on my case. In August of 2016 I hurt my knee on the job, working. The companies insurance company called me and asked for a recorded statement. I gave them one of what happened. One week later the insurance company called me and told me that my workers compensation claim was denied. What, wait a minute I was hurt on the job. I called another workers compensation lawyer and they told me I had no case. I then called Bobby Bollinger. I talked to him on the phone explained the case. He told me he thought he could help and he took the case. Well I am pleased to say that on Jan. 12 2017 I have settled with the insurance. Thanks to Bobby I am getting my knee fixed and back to a normal life.
